HIGH POINT, N.C. (April 14, 2026) – Silver Hare Racing has announced that Max Reaves will join the team for the upcoming doubleheader at Sonoma Raceway, piloting the No. 57 CookOut/Silver Hare Racing Chevrolet in Rounds 3 and 4 of the Cube 3 Architecture TA2 Series.
Reaves, who currently competes in the ARCA Menards Series, will make his TA2 debut with Silver Hare Racing during the April 23–26 event at Sonoma, California. The addition of the No. 57 entry gives Silver Hare Racing three cars on the grid for this event.
Prior to the announcement, Reaves spent a full day testing with the team at Carolina Motorsports Park, giving him his first taste of TA2 machinery and a head start on learning the car ahead of the West Coast event.
“Honestly, I just had a blast,” Reaves said. “The car is something else — way different than what I’m used to, but I fell in love with it pretty quickly. I’m pumped to get to Sonoma and see what we can do together for the first time on a real race weekend.”
Co-owner Laura Hull was equally enthusiastic about bringing Reaves into the fold.
“Max was impressive on his test day, and that’s a direct reflection of what he’s built in ARCA,” Hull said. “We’re excited to have him join Silver Hare Racing and show what he can do in TA2. Having three cars on the grid at Sonoma is a big moment for this organization, and we expect all three to be competitive.”
Race one of the Sonoma doubleheader is scheduled for Saturday at 1:30 p.m., with race two set for Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Both events will air live on Racing America and the Trans Am Series YouTube channel.
