HIGH POINT, NC (June 16, 2025) With the 2025 Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli heading to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this weekend, Silver Hare Racing’s primary focus is clear—winning races with both Rafa Matos and Noah Harmon, and continuing a strong push for the championship with the No. 57 Silver Hare Racing Chevrolet. Currently third in the standings, the 57 pilot enters Mid-Ohio with four podium finishes this season, including a dominant victory at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. The team remains fully committed to supporting his title run while also accelerating the development of rising star Noah Harmon, who has shown exceptional growth in his first full TA2 season driving the No. 7 Streetside Classics/CUBE 3 Architecture Chevrolet.

With strong momentum from his career-best fourth-place finish at Lime Rock, Harmon represents the future of Silver Hare Racing’s driver development program. That performance has the Silver Hare Racing team energized and focused as they continue building their driver development program around the 19-year-old.

“We are excited to get to Mid-Ohio this coming weekend and continue preparing Noah Harmon as the future of our team,” said team owner Laura Hull. “Noah has stepped up tremendously this year, and the results speak for themselves. Our driver development program is strong, with more drivers to be announced at a later date, but right now we are fully focused on giving Noah everything he needs to succeed.”

Mid-Ohio is a track Harmon knows well—having raced there recently in the MX-5 Cup Series—and his comfort level heading into the event is high.

“Just really excited to get to Mid-Ohio this weekend,” Harmon said. “Love working with our Silver Hare team and just how professional they have been this season with coaching me in my racing craft—with Jeff Cessna, Gil Martin, and so many others helping me. I raced there a few weeks ago in the MX-5 series and have a good idea of the track. Looking forward to this weekend and couldn’t do it without the support of Laura and Maurice Hull, Streetside Classics, CUBE 3, and Team Chevy.”

Jeff Cessna, Harmon’s crew chief at Silver Hare Racing, has worked closely with the young driver all season and has seen firsthand the strides he’s made.

“It’s been really rewarding to work with Noah this year,” said Cessna. “From day one, his work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn have stood out. He’s taken huge steps forward every weekend and continues to absorb everything we throw at him. He’s got a real future in this sport, and I’m proud to be part of his journey.”

Round 6 of the 2025 Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli takes place Sunday, June 22nd at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.
